Today, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim al-Kharif, visited the facilities of Airbus Helicopters, where he explored advanced aircraft manufacturing technologies and engaged in a significant bilateral meeting with the company’s CEO, Bruno Even. This visit is part of Al-Kharif’s official trip to France and underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to fostering bilateral cooperation in the aviation sector.
The discussions during the meeting focused on enhancing collaboration within the aerospace industry and identifying mutual opportunities in helicopter manufacturing and maintenance. Al-Kharif emphasized the role of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and significantly empower the private sector.

These include its unique geographical position, which connects three continents, an abundance of natural resources, and competitive energy prices.
