The National Center of Meteorology reported that today, there will be thunderstorms with strong winds stirring up dust in parts of Makkah, Al-Madinah, Al-Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Northern Borders, and the Eastern region.
The report mentioned that surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-42 km/h in the northern part, and southerly to southwesterly, turning in the evening to southeasterly to easterly at a speed of 12-38 km/h in the middle and southern parts. Wave heights will range from one to two meters in the northern part, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the middle and southern parts. The sea condition will be moderate waves in the northern part, and light to moderate waves in the middle and southern parts.
On the Arabian Gulf, surface wind movement will be northwesterly to southerly at a speed of 10-32 km/h in the northern and middle parts, and southwesterly to southerly, turning in the evening to northeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 10-25 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights will be from half a meter to one meter, with light wave conditions.
