The Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a memorandum of understanding with the British Council during the Human Capability Initiative 2025 conference in Riyadh today. The signing took place in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mansour, the Director General of the Human Resources General Administration at the Ministry. The aim of the memorandum is to enhance cooperation in the development of English language and culture through educational programs, workshops, language proficiency tests, and assessment solutions for learners and trainees. This will help in preparing the Ministry’s staff in the field of English language and culture and governing the assessment of learning outcomes. The memorandum was signed by Mazen bin Awad Al-Redadi, the Director of Human Resources Development Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Manar Al-Husseini, the Director of Public Relations at the British Council.
