Saudi Arabia and Kuwait Ink Memorandum of Understanding in Civil Aviation Sector

Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, the President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, signed a memorandum of understanding today with the government of the State of Kuwait represented by Sheikh Hamoud Mubarak Hamoud Al-Sabah, the President of the General Administration of Civil Aviation. The signing took place in the presence of Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid, the Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait, during an official visit to Kuwait.
The memorandum aims to enhance bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in the field of civil aviation. It covers technical, administrative, regulatory, operational, and technical cooperation in civil aviation for the two countries, as well as enhancing aviation security and safety.
During the signing ceremony, a bilateral meeting was held to discuss various topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation in civil aviation.
This visit is part of an effort to expand international cooperation and exchange knowledge and experience in the civil aviation industry, contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to enhance its global position in the aviation and air transport sector.
