Over 1.18 Million Pilgrims Arrive in the Kingdom Through All Ports by Tuesday Evening

The General Directorate of Passports has announced that by the end of Tuesday, November 28, 1446 AH, a total of 1,180,306 pilgrims have arrived in the Kingdom from abroad via all air, land, and sea entry points. This influx highlights the Kingdom’s significant role as a host for religious pilgrims each year.

According to the report, the majority of these pilgrims entered through air travel, with a staggering 1,115,663 individuals arriving via the Kingdom’s airports. In contrast, 60,365 pilgrims made their way through the land borders, while a smaller contingent of 4,278 arrived by sea.
