His Highness Prince Jlouy bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, the Governor of Najran Region, emphasized the leadership’s unwavering dedication to fostering talented individuals. This support aims to refine their abilities, enhance their knowledge, and cultivate their skills in both scientific and practical realms. The goal is to encourage innovation and scientific research, thereby achieving distinguished participation that reflects honor in both local and international scientific forums.
This statement was made during a ceremony honoring the region’s outstanding and gifted individuals, held at the emirate’s headquarters. The event was organized by the Vision Association for Talents in Najran and was attended by several regional department heads, community members, and parents.
Prince Jlouy praised the efforts made by the Education Administration in Najran to motivate students and help them channel their energies toward beneficial projects and scientific endeavors. He acknowledged the significant work accomplished by both male and female students whose innovative projects have not only benefited themselves but also their communities. Expressing his pride in their achievements, the Prince wished them continued success and further accomplishments.
On his part, Dr. Hassan Al-Alaqmi, the Director of Education in Najran, remarked that gifted students represent the foundation of the future. Their limitless ambition is demonstrated by the notable achievements they have made at both local and international levels. He reported that the number of talented students in Najran has reached approximately 2,000, showcasing the region’s wealth of potential.
Additionally, Hadi bin Hamad Al-Suleim, the Chairman of the Vision Association for Talents, shared insights into the initiatives undertaken by the association. These endeavors include various programs and workshops designed to nurture and enhance hobbies and talents across multiple fields. The association has honored several gifted individuals for attaining high rankings in both local and international competitions. Furthermore, they have collaborated with the Education Administration to cover the registration fees for 100 students to participate in the National Program for Gifted Identification.
During the ceremony, a speech was delivered by student Idris bin Ali Al-Yami on behalf of all gifted students. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to their support and encouragement, enabling their participation in global forums and discussions.
