Launching the Experimental Regulatory Environment Program to Foster Innovation in Environmental and Agricultural Sectors
The Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, has officially inaugurated the "Experimental Regulatory Environment Program." This initiative aims to support and empower innovation while adopting technological solutions to tackle regulatory challenges within the environmental, water, and agricultural sectors. The launch took place during a ceremony held by the ministry at its headquarters in Riyadh, attended by the Deputy Minister, Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushiati, along with several leaders and officials from various sectors, as well as representatives from organizations specializing in technology and innovation.
Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Malik, Director of Research and Innovation at the ministry, explained that the Experimental Regulatory Environment Program strives to create a more responsive regulatory framework that encourages innovation.
