Travelers will be transferred directly to buses that will transport them to their designated lodging in both Makkah and Medina, using specialized routes. Meanwhile, partner organizations will manage the transportation of their luggage to the respective accommodations.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Interior is executing this initiative for the seventh consecutive year, collaborating with various ministries and agencies. These include the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Hajj and Umrah, and Media, as well as the General Authority of Civil Aviation, the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the General Authority for Endowments, the Pilgrim’s Services Program, and the General Directorate of Passports.
