The meeting also included the presence of Fahd Al-Faraj, the President of the Saudi Wrestling Federation.
The primary focus of their discussion revolved around the enhancement of collaborative efforts between the Saudi Arabian Olympic and Paralympic Committee, the Saudi Wrestling Federation, and the international governing body of the sport. Following their discussions, Prince Fahd and Lalovic attended a training session conducted by the Saudi national wrestling team. This practice included the participation of 14 male and female athletes across various age categories: under 17, under 20, under 23, and seniors. The session was supervised by Juan Luis, a distinguished Cuban coach renowned for his expertise and decorated with numerous Olympic and World medals. The Saudi national team has recently achieved significant milestones, notably with athlete Munther Jando securing a silver medal in the 63 kg weight class at the Asian Wrestling Championship, held in Thailand last year.
