The National Center of Meteorology predicted in its weather report for today that thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and strong winds that limit visibility will affect parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Al-Madinah regions. Meanwhile, the impact of active winds causing dust and sand storms will continue in parts of Al-Jawf, Northern Borders, Eastern Province, and Riyadh.
The report mentioned that the surface winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to southwesterly in the northern part, and southwesterly to southeasterly in the middle and southern parts at a speed of 10-30 km/h. The wave height will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, with the sea state being light to moderate waves. On the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-30 km/h, with wave height ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and sea state being light to moderate waves.
