Prince of Jazan Region Launches 21st Annual Al-Hareed Festival in Fursan

The festival “Hareed Knights of the 21st Century” was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of Jazan, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz this evening at Al-Hisees Bay in the Farasan Islands province.
Prince Mohammed highlighted the importance of the Hareed festival in promoting tourism in the Farasan Islands and preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the province. He expressed his happiness at the participation of the residents of Farasan and the visitors in the festival, emphasizing the developmental progress that Farasan is witnessing in various sectors.
At the end of the race, Prince Mohammed bin Nasser handed out prizes to the winners of the competition. The event was attended by Dr. Issa Al-Bunawi, the Deputy Governor of the region, Engineer Mohammed Al-Atif, the director of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in the region, Engineer Yahya Al-Ghazwani, the Secretary of Jazan region, Abdullah Al-Zafiri, the Governor of Farasan, as well as several officials, tourists, visitors to the islands, and residents of the province.
