Tawakkalna Launches Second Wave of Digital Services for “Diwan Al-Mazalim” with Enhanced Features

The General Diwan of Grievances has launched the second package of its digital services through “Tawakkalna” (the comprehensive national application for government services). This new package, released at the beginning of the second quarter of 2025, includes digital judicial services such as querying lawsuits, session schedules, attendance confirmation, and requesting a meeting with the head of the Diwan of Grievances.

It is worth noting that the Diwan had previously launched the first package of digital services through “Tawakkalna” in the last quarter of the previous calendar year. The completion of services will continue with a third package set to be introduced at the beginning of the next calendar year.

The aim of the Diwan, under the direct guidance and supervision of Dr. Khaled Al-Yousef, the General President of the Diwan of Grievances, is to facilitate access to its services in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing the quality of life.
