The Prince of the Northern Borders Region, Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, launched the social initiative “Abshar Belkhair 5” in his office today. The event was attended by the Director of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development branch in the region, Khalid Al-Rumeikhan, and the Chairman of the Coordination Council of Associations, Engineer Ali Al-Suwailm. The initiative aims to enhance the quality of social activities and events during the month of Ramadan by providing Iftar and Suhoor meals, as well as offering various programs to beneficiaries from local associations and residents in the area, with the participation of volunteers.
Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan praised the continuation of this initiative for the fifth consecutive year, commending the charitable associations for their efforts in the field of social solidarity. He also lauded the development and organization of the charitable sector in alignment with the goals of Vision 2030, as well as the generous support provided by the wise leadership to all sectors.
