In a recent expression of gratitude, participants in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visits, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, emphasized the immense joy they felt upon arriving at the plains of Arafat. They recognized standing there as a core pillar of the Hajj pilgrimage and conveyed their heartfelt thanks to the leadership of Saudi Arabia for their outstanding services in supporting Islam and the Muslim community.

The guests praised the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for its exemplary organization of the program, highlighting the comprehensive care and comfort provided to the pilgrims. They unanimously agreed that this spiritual journey would remain a luminous milestone in their lives, a memory etched forever in their hearts.

Abdulbaki Abdullah, a pilgrim from the Comoros Islands, expressed his sentiments eloquently: “Words fail to express my gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – may Allah preserve him – for making it possible for us, through divine grace, to visit this sacred site to fulfill our Hajj obligations. We received exceptional attention, care, and comprehensive services throughout our stay.” He reflected on the profound emotions of witnessing masses of pilgrims at Arafat responding to the call of God with joy and devotion, considering these moments as lifelong memories. He prayed for the acceptance of the pilgrims’ Hajj and expressed hope that the Saudi leadership would be rewarded abundantly for their relentless efforts in serving Islam and the Muslim faithful.

Similarly, another pilgrim, Mohammed from Mauritius, acknowledged the wise leadership of Saudi Arabia in accommodating the guests of the Almighty and providing excellent services to facilitate their pilgrimage experience. From the moment they arrived in Mecca until they reached the holy sites, the ministry ensured their comfort and ease. He prayed for divine reward for the nation’s pious endeavors.

Mohammed from Sierra Leone also praised the various services extended to pilgrims in Saudi Arabia, including exceptional hospitality, organization, and expansions at the holy mosques. He noted the numerous facilities available to ensure that guests could fulfill their religious duties comfortably and securely, experiencing peace while performing their rites.

Additionally, Muhammad Mufti Razzan from Sri Lanka expressed the profound impact of reaching Arafat. “Upon setting foot on Arafat, our eyes filled with tears; it is a priceless moment to stand where prophets and righteous individuals once stood, raising our hands to the heavens on a day blessed with mercy and forgiveness,” he remarked. He highlighted the significant emotional impact of attending the Arafat sermon, appreciating the depth of the message focusing on piety, unity, and moderation conveyed by the preacher.

He also noted that Saudi Arabia has portrayed a commendable image to the Islamic world by ensuring seamless organization of large crowds and offering superior services, meticulously addressing every detail.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Islamic Affairs oversees the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visits, hosting a total of 2,443 pilgrims from 100 countries worldwide. This initiative underscores the kingdom’s commitment to facilitating the spiritual journey of Muslim pilgrims, enhancing their overall experience and enabling them to fulfill their religious obligations with ease and reverence. The remarks from the guests reflect widespread appreciation for the kingdom’s exemplary efforts in serving the Ummah and ensuring a meaningful pilgrimage for all involved.
