Dr. Al-Rabiah Inaugurates Oxygen Generation Station with 80 Cubic Meters per Hour Production Capacity

Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, the Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, inaugurated an oxygen generation station to support the capabilities of the Taheer Sefer University Hospital in Mahdia, Tunisia. The station was donated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ceremony was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Suqair, and the Tunisian Minister of Health, Dr. Abdelrazak Bouzouita.
In a statement, Dr. Al-Rabeeah explained that the oxygen generation station, fully funded by the King Salman Center, has a production capacity of 80 cubic meters per hour. The project includes a medical oxygen production unit, an industrial cooling unit, and a storage and distribution unit. The aim is to enhance the readiness of the hospital and other healthcare facilities in the region to care for patients and improve the quality of healthcare, especially in emergency cases that require sufficient medical oxygen.
Dr. Al-Rabeeah’s visit to Tunisia is part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between the King Salman Center and the Tunisian Republic in humanitarian and relief affairs. Additionally, during the visit, a volunteer program for planting olive trees and hearing rehabilitation for Tunisian children was launched.
