University of Noura Grants Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Honorary Doctorate in Humanities and Social Sciences Field

Princess Fahda bint Faleh Al Hathleen, wife of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, was awarded an honorary doctorate in humanitarian and social work by Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in recognition of her exceptional efforts in serving the community and supporting education, highlighting the developmental role of women in social institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The announcement of Princess Fahda’s honorary doctorate came during her honoring of the winners of the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman Award for Women’s Excellence in its seventh edition, at a ceremony held yesterday at the university’s Conference and Seminars Center.
The ceremony for awarding the honorary doctorate to Princess Fahda was conducted following the issuance of a royal directive approving the university’s desire to award her the honorary doctorate.
Dr. Einas bint Suleiman Al-Essa, President of Princess Nourah University, had the honor of presenting Princess Fahda with the university’s sash and handing her the honorary doctorate certificate in recognition of her exceptional efforts in serving the community, supporting education, and promoting the developmental role of women. The university’s appreciation for her contributions and her leadership role in supporting educational and social institutions were showcased in this tribute, reaffirming the university’s commitment to recognizing inspiring figures contributing to society’s advancement and promoting sustainable development.
