Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Express Gratitude for Holy Pilgrimage Experience
A number of participants in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visits have extended their heartfelt thanks to the wise leadership of Saudi Arabia for providing them the opportunity to perform the sacred rites of Hajj and Umrah, as well as to visit the holy shrines. They emphasized that the exceptional hospitality, comprehensive care, and generosity afforded to the guests transformed their pilgrimage experience into an unforgettable memory.
One pilgrim, Aqlan Shad Idrisov from the Russian Federation, articulated that the program serves as a crucial initiative to strengthen connections among Islamic personalities from various regions of the world. It provides an invaluable opportunity for spiritual gatherings in the sacred setting of the Two Holy Mosques. He praised the outstanding services received by all pilgrims, which began upon their departure from their native countries and continued through their arrival in Saudi Arabia for the rituals of Umrah and Hajj. He also mentioned the unique experience of visiting the religious sites and historical landmarks in Medina. Idrisov prayed for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, expressing gratitude for their ongoing contributions to the service of Islam and Muslims.
Similarly, pilgrim Muhammad Mufti Merasy from Sri Lanka described the Hajj as the greatest journey a Muslim could embark upon, representing a cherished aspiration for all believers. He noted that every guest participating in the program has been living the most beautiful moments since performing the Hajj, particularly highlighting their visit to Medina to pray in the Prophet’s Mosque and offer their salutations to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He commended the warmth and hospitality extended to the program’s participants, enabling them to perform the rituals of Umrah and Hajj with peace and ease.
Haj Ahmad Saadi Ateyah from the United States of America acknowledged the unwavering support that the program receives from the wise leadership, expressing his appreciation for being included in this initiative. His remarks underscored the significant impact of the program on pilgrims from various backgrounds.
On behalf of the Nigerian delegation, Ahmad Idris Yunus expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their kindness in hosting this year’s guests. He prayed for their well-being, asking that they be rewarded abundantly, and wishing continued elevation, progress, and prosperity for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is noteworthy that the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj and Umrah, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, completed their journey in Medina last night after fulfilling their Hajj obligations. A total of 2,443 pilgrims from over 100 countries will conclude their spiritual journey by praying in the Prophet’s Mosque and visiting major mosques, historical sites, museums, and exhibitions throughout Medina. After experiencing the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of the city, they will return safely and comfortably to their home countries.
The success of this program not only highlights the Kingdom’s commitment to fostering unity among Muslims but also emphasizes the significant resources allocated to facilitate the spiritual needs of pilgrims. The gratitude expressed by the guests serves as a testament to the profound impact of this initiative in bridging cultural and religious divides, fostering solidarity among the Muslim community worldwide, and enriching their spiritual journeys.
