الموارد البشرية تطلق خدمة ‘أنورت’ الجديدة لمساعدة ضيوف الرحمن في موسم حج 1446هـ، بتوفير كوادر متخصصة وعدد من الخدمات المتميزة

In an effort to provide comprehensive services and an exceptional experience for pilgrims, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched the “Anwarat” initiative. This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing dedication to enhancing the experience for guests of the Kingdom, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and that they can perform their religious duties with ease and peace of mind.

“Anwarat” encompasses a wide array of services designed to assist pilgrims from the moment they arrive in Saudi Arabia until their departure. Among the key features of the initiative is the reception of pilgrims at various entry points, including land borders and sacred sites. To cater to the diverse needs of visitors, guidance will be provided in multiple languages, ensuring clear and effective communication for all.

Special care will be afforded to the elderly and individuals with disabilities, who will benefit from accessible transportation options and dedicated personnel trained to offer assistance. This commitment underscores the initiative’s goal of creating an inclusive environment that facilitates worship for all guests.

Moreover, the “Anwarat” initiative seeks to harness the power of volunteerism by engaging community members in various tasks. Volunteers will be mobilized to provide on-ground support, offer guidance and orientation within the holy sites, and distribute meals, beverages, and souvenirs to the pilgrims. This involvement not only enriches the experience for the visitors but also fosters a spirit of community contribution and caring.

The initiative is being implemented throughout various branches of the Ministry across the Kingdom. In the Mecca region, the ministry’s branch will deliver all services directly within the holy sites, while the Al-Madinah branch will focus on welcoming visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque. Additionally, branches located in regions such as Tabuk, the Northern Borders, Al-Jawf, Najran, and the Eastern Province will play vital roles in enhancing the quality of services offered to the pilgrims.

“Anwarat” forms part of a broader spectrum of initiatives aimed at empowering volunteers and creating a structured environment that enables them to serve effectively. This strategic approach aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to improve services to pilgrims and empower national workforce contributions, ultimately providing an extraordinary experience for the guests of Allah.

Through the launch of “Anwarat,” the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development marks a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to enhancing the pilgrimage experience. The initiative stands as a testament to the Kingdom’s dedication to ensuring that all pilgrims receive the highest standard of care and support, reflecting a deep-seated cultural ethos of hospitality and generosity.

As the Kingdom prepares for the influx of pilgrims during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, comprehensive plans like “Anwarat” are crucial in accommodating the diverse needs of millions of visitors from around the world. By focusing on quality service delivery, accessibility, and community involvement, the initiative aims to uphold and enhance the religious significance of the pilgrimage, all while providing comfort and ease for those answering the call to faith.

In conclusion, the “Anwarat” initiative exemplifies Saudi Arabia’s vision for a more organized and efficient approach to pilgrimage management. By integrating the principles of compassion, support, and community service, the ministry not only provides a framework for effective volunteer involvement but also sets a new standard for how pilgrims are welcomed and cared for during their sacred journeys. This initiative embodies the Kingdom’s aspirations to cultivate a legacy of excellence in the services provided to the guests of the Almighty.
