Health Minister Extends Congratulations to Leadership on Achievements of Saudi Vision 2030.

Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Jalajel congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the achievements made in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 over the past nine years. The Minister highlighted the continuous support and guidance provided by the King and the direct interest shown by the Crown Prince, emphasizing that the Kingdom is confidently moving towards a more advanced and sustainable future based on a comprehensive vision centered around a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation.
He mentioned that the annual report for the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in 2024 demonstrated positive performance indicators across various sectors, particularly in healthcare through the Health Sector Transformation Program, surpassing planned milestones for the year in terms of healthcare services quality. The implementation of modern healthcare models has led to a 40% reduction in early death rates due to chronic diseases, raising the average life expectancy in the Kingdom to 78.8 years. Additionally, the satisfaction rate among healthcare beneficiaries has increased to 84.2%, with seven Saudi hospitals named among the top 250 hospitals globally, reflecting the effectiveness of the healthcare transformation and the Kingdom’s efforts in establishing a more efficient and sustainable healthcare system.
