Revocation of Licenses for 4 Entities Violating Regulatory Standards and Guidelines

The National Center for e-Learning has issued a decision to suspend the licenses of 4 entities starting from 26/10/1446 AH for violating regulatory controls and standards. This action was taken after identifying violations that warranted suspension in accordance with regulations, as stated in Article 12 of the e-Learning regulations. Additionally, urgent warnings were issued to 76 other programs for existing violations that require immediate correction.
The Center emphasized that these entities will be regularly and continuously monitored to ensure full compliance with regulations and standards. The goal is to achieve a reliable and safe educational and training experience for all beneficiaries in the Kingdom.
All entities have been urged to adhere to regulatory standards in order to continue any licensed activities in the field of e-learning and training. It is stressed that all entities operating in this sector must comply with the regulations issued to ensure the quality of educational outputs and safeguard the rights of beneficiaries.
