Deputy Defense Minister presides over graduation ceremony for 38th batch of King Fahd Naval College students in lieu of Defense Minister

On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf, Deputy Minister of Defense, presided over the graduation ceremony of the “38th” batch of students from King Fahd Naval College yesterday evening.
Upon his arrival at the college in Jubail, HRH was received by General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, Chief of General Staff, Rear Admiral Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Ghraibi, Chief of the Naval Forces Staff, and Brigadier General Faisal bin Fahd Al-Ghafeeli, Commandant of King Fahd Naval College.
Upon the arrival of HRH the Deputy Minister of Defense, the royal anthem was played, and the ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Quran.
Subsequently, the Commandant of King Fahd Naval College delivered a speech expressing gratitude for the patronage of HRH in celebrating the graduation of the “38th” batch of students, congratulating the graduates and their parents.
He mentioned that this batch of graduates included elite officers from various sectors of the Ministry of Interior in the fields of environmental security forces, security and protection forces, and border guards, in addition to officers from the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Yemen, the Republic of Sudan, and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania after being equipped with knowledge, education, and training.
Following that, a military parade took place, and the graduates sang the college anthem, the college flag was handed over, the graduates took the oath, the results were announced, and the Deputy Minister of Defense honored the outstanding students. The Commandant of the college also presented a commemorative gift to HRH on this occasion.
Afterwards, the graduates received their military ranks, a commemorative photo was taken with the Deputy Minister of Defense, and the ceremony concluded with the royal anthem.
The ceremony was attended by Engineer Talal bin Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Assistant Minister of Defense, and a number of senior officials from civilian and military sectors, in addition to the parents of the graduating students.
