Saudi King Salman Relief Center’s Medical Volunteer Team Performs 10 Brain and Nerve Surgeries in Syria

In a recent humanitarian mission in Damascus, Syria, the volunteer medical team from the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid successfully treated 90 individuals. The team performed 10 surgeries on the brain and nerves, as well as 32 surgeries on the urinary tract, all of which were successful. This was part of the Saudi Volunteer Program for brain, nerve, and urinary tract surgeries, with 26 medical specialists participating in the initiative.

This effort is part of the Kingdom’s ongoing medical volunteer missions conducted through the King Salman Center for Relief to assist disadvantaged and affected populations worldwide.
