Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Welcomes Delegation from Gulf International Bank

The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairy, received in his office at the embassy in the capital (Manama) Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Board of Gulf International Bank (GIB), along with a number of executives from the bank including Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Helaisi, CEO of the group, and Ms. Sarah Abdul Hadi, CEO of Gulf International Bank in Bahrain.
During the meeting, Mr. Al-Zamil highlighted the stages of growth and development of the bank since its establishment, pointing to the strategic transformation that Gulf International Bank has undergone in recent years. He also discussed the bank’s expansion in offering innovative banking services and its effective contribution to supporting the national economy through financing major projects and enhancing the business and investment sector in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Additionally, he addressed the bank’s role in empowering national competencies and adopting modern financial technologies in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and its continuous efforts to strengthen its regional and international presence as a leading financial institution.
The meeting also included a discussion on the prospects of cooperation in the financial and banking sector between the two brotherly countries, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, within the framework of the strong fraternal relations that unite the two countries.
