71 Electronic Real Estate Platforms Licensed by “Real Estate” Since the Implementation of the Mediation System- “Val” License

The General Authority of Real Estate has revealed that 71 real estate electronic platforms have been licensed to operate as brokers and marketers since the implementation of the real estate brokerage system. These platforms have fulfilled all necessary conditions and requirements to obtain the license and have completed the technical integration with the Authority.
The Authority emphasized that it continues to accept licensing applications for real estate platforms through the real estate brokerage platform on its official website. This move aims to promote competitiveness and provide more options and enriching experiences for users. It also warned that unlicensed platforms will be regulated and legal actions will be taken against them.
The real estate license is an official document that allows individuals and entities to engage in brokerage activities and real estate services covered by the real estate brokerage system. The system aims to regulate real estate brokerage activities, provide innovative and quality real estate services to beneficiaries, contribute to the sustainability of real estate assets, reduce real estate disputes, protect the rights of stakeholders, and enhance market transparency.
The Authority is committed to developing real estate legislation to ensure market stability, regulate it, and control violators. It emphasizes the importance of compliance with regulations and highlights that complaints can be submitted through the Authority’s platform or by calling the unified number “199011.”
