Misk Foundation Partners with London Business School in Strategic Memorandum of Understanding

Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk” signed a memorandum of understanding with the London Business School today, under the patronage of His Excellency, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Misk Foundation, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and His Excellency, the Minister of Education, Mr. Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan. This partnership, signed by the CEO of the Misk Foundation, Dr. Badr Al-Badr, and the dean of the school, Professor Serguei Goriv, is an extension of Misk’s efforts to build a generation of young leaders by expanding educational opportunities and exploring collaboration in leadership development, executive education, scientific research, and strategic communication, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to create an influential generation in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

The joint work includes designing and delivering developmental programs for youth, developing executive courses and workshops tailored for Saudi leaders, as well as conducting joint research focusing on leadership transformations under the umbrella of the Vision, and eventually establishing a regional center for executive education in the non-profit city of Mohammed bin Salman, “Misk City”. The CEO of the Misk Foundation stated, “Our partnership with the London Business School reflects Misk’s commitment to preparing a generation of capable leaders who can shape a sustainable future and lead national transformations in line with the goals of Vision 2030. Through this strategic cooperation, we aim to provide effective educational and executive solutions, develop scientific research that supports building qualified leadership capabilities, contributing to enhancing the Kingdom’s competitiveness regionally and globally.”

On the other hand, the dean of the London Business School mentioned that the collaboration with the Misk Foundation in this strategic initiative will have a tangible impact on developing leadership skills in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by providing practical skills and knowledge that align with the requirements of the modern job market, enabling individuals to quickly adapt to the changing business environment. It is worth noting that the partnership between the Misk Foundation and the London Business School is part of Misk’s efforts to provide innovative learning and training opportunities that contribute to building a prosperous society led by its youth, while the programs of the foundation are specially designed to empower and support young people from early age and career stages, preparing them to be influential leaders in various sectors, reflecting its commitment to empowering youth with more awareness, capability, and impact at the local and global levels.
