Education Minister Congratulates Leadership on Kingdom Winning Top Prize at Geneva International Exhibition for Inventions

His Excellency, the Minister of Education, Mr. Youssef Al-Benyan, congratulated the wise leadership – may God protect them – on the achievement of the Saudi innovator Dr. Saad Al-Anzi from Majmaah University, who won the grand prize at the 50th edition of the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions in 2025. Students from Saudi universities and the general education system received six international awards and 124 global medals during their participation in the exhibition.

He emphasized that this achievement reflects the leadership’s commitment to nurturing education and national talents, representing the outcome of a strategy for human capabilities development, and a testament to the quality of education in the Kingdom and the efficiency of its partnerships with sectors that support innovation. Al-Benyan explained that the students’ participation in this prestigious international forum showcases their creative capabilities in various fields of specialization, enhancing the Kingdom’s presence on the global innovation scene.

He extended his gratitude and congratulations to the students, their families, and teachers on the honorable results they achieved at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions. During the exhibition, they presented a range of innovations in different scientific and technological fields on behalf of the nation. He praised the education and training system, universities, educational institutions, and schools for their role in discovering and nurturing national talents, as well as fostering an environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
