General Commissioner of Kingdom Pavilion at “Expo 2025 Osaka” Inspects Final Preparations Ahead of Exhibition Launch

The Saudi Ambassador to Japan, Dr. Ghazi bin Faisal bin Zaqar, visited the Saudi Pavilion at the “Expo 2025 Osaka” before its official opening next Sunday. Accompanied by the Pavilion’s director, Engineer Adel Al-Fayez, Dr. Zaqar reviewed the final preparations and the immersive visitor experience highlighting Saudi Arabia’s rich culture, heritage, and transformation under Vision 2030, as well as its future aspirations.

The General Commissioner expressed pride in the efforts of the Saudi Pavilion team, praising their quick achievements. He emphasized that the Pavilion reflects Saudi Arabia’s growing global presence and its status as a leading destination for tourism, culture, and investment. Dr. Zaqar noted that the Kingdom’s participation in this international event coincides with the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Japan, inviting visitors from around the world to discover the Kingdom’s rich heritage, evolving present, and ambitious future through direct visits, investment in promising sectors, and participation in fruitful cultural exchange.

The Saudi Pavilion is ready to welcome visitors during the Expo 2025 Osaka, running until October 13th, offering over 700 events including musical and theatrical performances, films, performing arts, storytelling, as well as various cultural and artistic activities.
