The City of Medina Prince Welcomes Regional Civil Affairs Director General

The Prince of the Medina region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, met with the Director General of Civil Affairs in the region, Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Harbi, at his office in the Emirate. Dr. Al-Harbi presented the annual report on the activities of the civil affairs departments and offices in the region for the year 2024 to His Highness.
Dr. Al-Harbi highlighted the achievements and performance indicators included in the report, which covered the results of the initiatives implemented within the operational plan for 2024. The report also discussed services provided through mobile units, such as the “Estimation” service, the “We Are Here” initiative, and the “We Come to You” initiative, aimed at delivering civil affairs services to beneficiaries where they are located.
Furthermore, the report included comprehensive statistics on operations conducted in civil affairs offices in various provinces of the region. These operations included the issuance of official documents, modification of civil records, registration of events, and efforts in electronic archiving.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Harbi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of the Medina region for his continuous support, stating that the achieved results serve as an incentive to do more through the integration of efforts among teams in line with the Kingdom’s vision for 2030. This collaboration aims to enhance development across various provinces and centers in the region.
