Among the offerings are mechanisms for reporting labor law violations, family counseling services, and a quick donation feature, allowing users to engage with the offerings easily and efficiently.
Moreover, the “Mawaama” application caters specifically to individuals with disabilities, providing essential services such as sign language translation and access to a visual assistant for the visually impaired. The app also identifies accessible locations and incorporates visual communication tools that enable precise explanations during emergency situations. This has significantly enhanced the response time and effectiveness of specialists in handling urgent matters.
In terms of labor market organization, the Ministry’s “Ajir Hajj” platform has made notable strides since its launch. This platform facilitates the recruitment of national workers and seasonal contract employees, thereby improving the overall quality of services rendered to pilgrims. To date, the platform has issued over 40,000 permits, with 3,185 contracting establishments leveraging its services. The total workforce engaged through the platform has reached 39,766, with more than 38,000 resumes submitted.
