وزارة الداخلية تتخذ إجراءات إدارية ضد 24 مخالفًا لأنظمة وتعليمات الحج

The Ministry of Interior has announced the apprehension of security forces at the entrances of Mecca, detaining six expatriates and eighteen citizens for violating pilgrimage regulations. These individuals were involved in the illegal transportation of ninety-nine pilgrims who lacked the required permits to perform Hajj.

In response to these infractions, the ministry has issued administrative penalties through seasonal administrative committees. These sanctions include imprisonment and financial fines that can reach up to 100,000 Saudi Riyals. Additional measures include publicizing the details of those involved in such transport violations and deporting the expatriate offenders, prohibiting their re-entry into the Kingdom for a period of ten years once their penalties have been served. Furthermore, a petition has been initiated to confiscate the vehicles used in these unlawful transportation activities. Individuals attempting to perform Hajj without the necessary permits face fines of up to 20,000 Riyals.

The Ministry of Interior has urged all citizens and expatriates to adhere strictly to pilgrimage regulations, ensuring that the guests of Allah can perform their sacred rites in a secure and safe environment.
