Minister of Transport Visits Media Center in Preparation for Hajj 1446
Today, His Excellency Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, visited the Media Center located in the Hajj and Umrah Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This visit is part of the ongoing preparations for the upcoming Hajj season of 1446 AH. He was accompanied by representatives from various transport systems and partnering government entities involved in serving the guests of Allah.
The Media Center is designed as a comprehensive working platform for media delegations accompanying Hajj campaigns from diverse nations around the globe, as well as for local media representatives. It features a fully equipped working area stocked with essential materials and information needed by journalists as they carry out their roles. Additionally, the center fosters an environment that encourages coordination and communication among media entities, thereby improving the quality of coverage and unifying the messages disseminated regarding the services provided to Hajj pilgrims.
During his visit, the Minister examined the center’s technical and human resources, as well as the operational protocols and coordination mechanisms among the participating entities.
