Conclusion of International Education Exhibition

The International Education Exhibition “EDGEx 2025” organized by the Ministry of Education concluded its activities today in Riyadh after attracting over 20,000 local and international visitors over four days. The event brought together government officials, educational leaders, businessmen, academics, professionals, specialists, and education enthusiasts.

The exhibition featured a diverse range of participants including 100 major technology companies and investors in the education sector, as well as more than 40 local and international universities, colleges, and educational institutions. These entities showcased their latest educational innovations, academic programs, training initiatives, and scientific contributions. They also conducted specialized workshops and participated in panel discussions and dialogues.

The scientific program of the international education exhibition included over 100 panel discussions, workshops, and interactive training sessions with 160 speakers. These experts from various fields of education, both local and global, discussed important topics such as the future of digital education, the role of artificial intelligence in learning models, curriculum relevance to employment and labor market requirements, and successful educational experiences from around the world.

During the event, the Ministry of Education, along with various government and private entities, universities, organizations, and local and international educational institutions participated in EDGEx 2025 and signed approximately 40 agreements and memoranda of understanding. These agreements aim to enhance local and international cooperation in education, learning, training, and technology to keep pace with global advancements.

At the conclusion of the exhibition, Minister of Education, Mr. Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, honored the participating entities, organizers, partners, and sponsors for their role in the success of this global educational event. He praised the event as a leading and comprehensive platform for envisioning the future of education and presenting innovative educational solutions. The minister also recognized students who received awards and medals at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva.

Through organizing the International Education Exhibition “EDGEx 2025,” the Ministry of Education aims to contribute to enhancing education standards within the Kingdom and globally. The event focuses on three key pillars: showcasing innovative solutions and ideas, highlighting the latest educational technologies, and celebrating the achievements of students, teachers, and supporters.
