The Office of Grievances revealed that it has completed the adjudication of 46,272 cases during the first quarter, showing an increase of nearly four thousand cases compared to the same period last year.
A report from the Decision Support Center indicated that the number of cases filed in the Grievance Courts during the first quarter reached 43,879 cases, a difference of over 2,000 cases compared to the same quarter of the previous year. The number of virtual court sessions held during this quarter in all Grievance Courts across the Kingdom, and through all stages of litigation, was 73,498 sessions, exceeding by over six thousand sessions compared to the number of sessions in the same quarter of the previous year. The report highlighted that the completion rate reached 105% of the total pending cases during the period.
These statistics are published to promote the principle of transparency adopted by the Office of Grievances towards the beneficiaries of administrative justice services, as well as stakeholders and interested parties.
