Princess Fahda Al Hathleen Honors Winners of Princess Noura Award for Women’s Excellence, Under the Patronage of the King

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, his wife, Princess Fahda bint Falah Al Hathleen, honored the winners of the Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman Award for Women’s Excellence in its seventh edition. The ceremony took place at the university’s Conference and Seminar Center. Amongst the winners were Princess Mashaal bint Saud Al Shalan in the field of health sciences, Dr. Thamra bint Mohammed Al Shaharani in natural sciences, and Dr. Al Jawhara bint Mahmoud Hamza in social businesses. Additionally, Sarah bint Jamaaz Al Sahimi won in the field of economic projects, Marzouqa bint Fadi Al Oramani in artistic businesses, and Dr. Hend bint Turki Al Sudairi in humanities studies.
Dr. Inas bint Suleiman Al Issa, the President of Princess Noura University and Chair of the Award Committee, expressed her appreciation for the royal support the award receives, attributing its success in becoming a national platform showcasing leadership and women’s role in shaping the future. She expressed pride in the significant growth and qualitative changes seen in the seventh edition’s submissions, highlighting the award’s continuing impact in fostering creativity, inspiration, and solidifying women’s position in fostering innovation, leadership, and knowledge in creating a successful future. The event included speeches by the Secretary-General of the Award, Dr. Ibtisam bint Saleh Al Othman, and a visual presentation, along with the inauguration of the Saudi Women’s Museum at the Sara Al Sudairi Center.
The Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman Award for Women’s Excellence is an annual celebration organized by Princess Noura University under the endorsement of the Cabinet to showcase Saudi women’s achievements, promote distinguished and creative women, enhance innovation and quality, and inspire new generations of women to contribute to comprehensive development.
