The National Center of Meteorology has forecasted strong winds causing dust and sandstorms in parts of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders regions. There is a possibility of light rain in some areas. Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds may form in parts of Al-Baha, Makkah, Al-Madinah, Hail, Al-Qassim, Riyadh, and the northern parts of the Eastern Province.

According to the report, surface winds over the Red Sea will be southeasterly to southerly during the day and will shift to southwesterly to northwesterly at night, with speeds ranging from 15-35 km/h in the northern part, reaching 50 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba. In the central and southern parts, winds will be southerly to southeasterly at 12-32 km/h, increasing to 40 km/h towards the Bab Al Mandab strait. Wave heights will be between half a meter to one and a half meters in the north, rising to over two meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba. In the central and southern parts, wave heights will range from half a meter to a meter, increasing to one and a half meters towards the Bab Al Mandab strait. Sea conditions will be light to moderate in the north, with waves becoming rough towards the Gulf of Aqaba, and light waves in the central and southern parts, becoming moderate towards the Bab Al Mandab strait.

On the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be northwesterly to westerly at 12-32 km/h in the north, and northwesterly to westerly at 18-38 km/h in the central and southern parts. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one meter in the north, and from one meter to one and a half meters in the central and southern parts. Sea conditions will be light in the north, and moderate in the central and southern parts.
