King Salman Center in Al-Khawkhah District Provides Medical Services to Nearly 14,000 Beneficiaries in February

Mobile medical nutrition clinics in Al Khawkhah directorate in Al Hudaydah governorate provided their services to 13,998 beneficiaries in February 2025, with generous support from the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid.
During this period, the internal medicine clinic served 3,507 patients, the emergency clinic attended to 2,695 cases, the pediatric clinic assisted 1,002 children, the epidemiology clinic treated 1,203 patients, and 1,107 individuals benefited from the mobile medical team. The reproductive health department handled 1,184 cases, the therapeutic nutrition clinic helped 174 beneficiaries, immunizations were provided to 144 individuals, the obstetrics department catered to 37 people, and the surgery and dressing department treated 596 patients. Additionally, the medical referral department addressed 27 cases, while the education and awareness department reached out to 2,322 individuals.
In terms of ancillary services, the laboratory department served 4,630 people, medications were dispensed to 10,305 patients, the healthcare department attended to 7,394 cases, the blood transfusion department received 31 individuals, and the cardiology planning department assisted 14 beneficiaries.
The mobile medical nutrition clinics, supported by the King Salman Center, have played a crucial role in providing essential healthcare services to thousands of individuals in need in Al Khawkhah directorate. The diverse range of medical services offered has positively impacted the community by addressing various health concerns and ensuring access to quality care.
