Inclusion of “Qasr Al-Hukm” Station in Riyadh Metro Network Connects Blue and Orange Lines

The “Palace of Justice” station, part of the Riyadh Metro network, has become a vital center connecting the blue and orange lines of the train with the bus network. It serves administrative facilities, palaces, squares, historical markets, commercial centers, tourist sites, and residents of neighborhoods in the Palace of Justice area in the city center.
The station stands out for its design blending authenticity and modernity, inspired by principles of Salmanian architecture. It features a shiny steel canopy visually connecting the multiple levels of the station with its surroundings, reflecting daylight inside while providing shade for the open areas surrounding the station.
The station includes an innovative green park where passengers can sit and relax while waiting for their train, enhancing the station’s functions. It provides an attractive public space, facilitating interaction between city residents and visitors.
Built on an area of 22,500 square meters, with 88,000 square meters of construction, the station consists of 7 floors underground, with a depth of 35 meters. It includes 17 elevators, 46 escalators, as well as various stores, services, public facilities, and artistic displays and sculptures.
